This irresistible Biscoff truffles recipe combines creamy cookie butter, buttery cookie crumbs, and silky white chocolate for a melt-in-your-mouth treat everyone loves. With just a few simple ingredients, this decadent Biscoff cookie recipe looks fancy but takes almost no effort!

Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs (12-13 cookies; reserve 2 cookies crushed for topping)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate candy wafers or white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the cookie butter, cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted white chocolate into the bottom of paper candy cups.
  5. Add a scoop of the filling into each cup.
  6. Pour more white chocolate on top until the filling is covered.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved crushed cookies on top for decoration.
  8. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
