Ingredients

4 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
10 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until it is hot and the chocolate chips are melted.
  3. Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top with whipped topping.
  4. Serve with heart shaped sugar cookies.
