Ingredients

Units

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. vanilla

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Place in a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.
Frost with chocolate frosting or frosting of your choice. Serves 18.
