This air fryer chicken nuggets recipe is so easy and delicious my kids ask for it all the time! It’s quick to make and the chicken turns out nice and juicy. This is a great recipe because I can add rice, a sauce and a vegetable and have an easy dinner in just a few minutes!

Ingredients

Units
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 cup all purpose flour 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 3 tsp. seasoned salt 2 eggs, beaten spray oil (olive or avocado oil)

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, cornstarch and seasoned salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  3. Dip the chicken into the egg wash and then into the flour. Turn the chicken to coat all sides.
  4. Then place directly into the air fryer.
  5. Continue until there is 1 layer of chicken in the air fryer.
  6. Spray the top of the chicken nuggets with a very light spray of oil.
  7. Air fry at 400° for 4 minutes.
  8. Turn the nuggets over and spray with a light coat of oil.
  9. Air fry 4 more minutes. Serve hot.
