During our recent sale, there was a technical problem that caused some people not to be able to order.
If You Experienced This Ordering Problem, here’s what you can do:
Our payment processor told us they identified a problem with their system. It mostly affected Apple devices and computers.
That problem is SOLVED, BUT it might still affect some users.
ANY one of these things should get it to work:
- If you know how, you can clear the browser cache and cookies on your device and then restart the browser. Then the ordering should work.
- You can use a different browser.
- You can use a different device that you did not use to look at the sale already.
Once you have tried one or more of these steps, you should be able to order successfully.

If you like, you can send a check or money order for the amount of your order, including shipping.
To get the shipping amount, you can add the item(s) to your cart and the store will tell you or you can estimate $6.50 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book.
Then you can mail your payment, along with which books you would like to order and your full mailing address to:
