Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 bag sugar free white chocolate chips
1 container sugar free vanilla frosting
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place the cream cheese, sugar-free white chocolate chips, and sugar-free vanilla frosting in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  4. When melted, stir in the lemon extract until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2–3 hours.
  7. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
