These homemade sugar-free chocolates are rich, smooth, and perfectly customizable to your sweetness level. They’re an easy no-bake treat similar to boxed chocolates that come together in minutes and tastes like classic chocolate—without the sugar.

Ingredients

1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup coconut oil
3-6 Tbsp. powdered sugar free sweetener, to taste
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl until fully liquid.
  2. Stir in the baking cocoa, powdered sugar-free sweetener, salt, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  4. Refrigerate until completely hardened, about 30–60 minutes.
  5. Remove from molds and serve.
