This sugar-free peanut butter cups recipe makes rich, chocolatey, candy filled with creamy peanut butter—just like the classic, without the sugar. They’re ridiculously easy to make and perfect for a quick treat, holiday trays, or anytime cravings hit.

Ingredients

1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar free peanut butter
2 Tbsp. powdered erythritol

Instructions

  1. Melt half of the sugar free chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into silicone molds, just enough to coat the bottom of each cavity.
  3. Place the molds in the refrigerator and chill for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered erythritol until smooth and well combined.
  5. Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the chilled chocolate layer.
  6. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour over the peanut butter layer, covering completely.
  7. Return to the refrigerator and chill until firm.
  8. Remove from the molds and enjoy.
