This Lemon Bundt Cake is a bright and beautiful dessert that’s as easy as it is impressive! Made with a lemon cake mix and lemon pudding for extra moisture and flavor, it bakes up soft, fluffy, and delicious! Ingredients

1 (15.25 oz.) lemon cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) box instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup water or milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Spray 9-inch bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Add all cake ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix well for approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Cool for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

For Glaze:

  • Add 1/4 cup milk to 1 tub lemon frosting (to thin into a lemon glaze) and drizzle over the top OR
  • Use the Lemon Glaze variation of our glaze recipe.
