Ingredients

1 (15.25 oz.) lemon cake mix
1 large lemon
15 oz. sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased 8 x 5 x 4-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour.

For Glaze:

  • Add 1/4 cup milk to 1 tub lemon frosting (to thin into a lemon glaze) and drizzle over the top OR
  • Use the Lemon Glaze variation of our glaze recipe.
  • Or if you prefer, serve without glaze.
