2 cups sugar 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup vinegar 1 cup water mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, salt and mustard.
  2. Stir in eggs.
  3. Gradually stir in vinegar and water until smooth.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.
  6. Just before serving, combine the desired amount of dressing base with mayonnaise.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tastes great on potato salad, coleslaw or salad greens.
