(Similar to Haytime Switchel, it just has slightly different proportions.)

Ingredients

Units
3 1/2 quarts water 1 cup molasses 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1 - 2 Tbsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix the liquids.
  2. Add the ginger and stir thoroughly.
  3. Take to the field in jugs.
