Ingredients

2lbs. hamburger (ground beef)
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1( 4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce
4oz. pepperoni16oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
3cupsmacaroni twists, uncooked
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Boil macaroni twists for 20 minutes or until cooked to the desired doneness.
Brown the hamburger, onion and pepper in a frying pan.
Mix everything except the cheese together in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Add cheese in the last 5 minutes.
