Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapeños, well drained
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Optional mix-ins (recommended)
1/4-1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
A pinch of salt, to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and sour cream with a mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and diced jalapeños until fully combined. Add optional bacon or seasonings if using.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
