Ingredients

1 clove garlic, crushed or or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon each dried basil, dill weed, marjoram, thyme, and black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, garlic, and all dried herbs.
  2. Mix with a hand mixer or beat vigorously by hand until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  3. Serve immediately, or transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate.
