This no bake Nutella fudge cookies recipe is rich, chocolatey, and incredibly easy to make! With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch in minutes—no oven required. Perfect for busy days, parties, or a fun treat kids can help make!

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup Nutella
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Before you start, lay out a 20-inch sheet of wax paper on the counter—this is where you’ll drop the cookies.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cocoa, and butter.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Once boiling, continue to boil for 1 minute (or 1½–2 minutes if you’re at high altitude).
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in the Nutella, vanilla, and nuts (if using) until fully blended.
  6. Mix in the oats until well combined.
  7. Quickly drop the mixture by spoonfuls onto the wax paper.
  8. Let cool and set for about 15–20 minutes.

Notes

  • Work quickly—these cookies start to set fast once off the heat.
  • If it’s humid or the boil time is too short, they might not firm up. No worries! Just pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate it. It makes a great fudge sauce for ice cream—or eat it with a spoon like my kids do!
