Ingredients

3 cups blonde chocolate chips or wafers
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 container marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the blonde chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each, until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and salt until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift out using the parchment, cut into squares, and store in the refrigerator.
