Ingredients

3 cups ruby chocolate, chopped or chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the ruby chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each round, until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in the vanilla.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift out using the parchment, cut into squares, and serve.
