Ingredients

1-2 cups ruby chocolate chips
1/2 cup shelled pistachios (to taste)
Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the ruby chocolate chips in an even layer on the parchment.
  3. Place in the oven for 5–10 minutes, just until the chocolate is soft and glossy (not fully melted).
