Carmel Apple Fudge

Ingredients

1 1/2 (15 oz.) packages white chocolate chips (3 cups)
1/2 package caramel bits
1 Tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp. apple pie spice

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, caramel bits, whipping cream, and apple pie spice.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift out, cut into squares, and enjoy.
