Ingredients

3 cups Ruby chocolate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the ruby chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Mix almonds into the batter, if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift out, cut into squares, and enjoy.
