This White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge recipe makes a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth holiday treat topped with festive peppermint crunch. It comes together in just minutes and makes a perfect gift, party sweet, or quick Christmas dessert.

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips*
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 (10 oz.) package Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips, or 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray or grease with butter.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round, until smooth and fully melted.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle the peppermint baking chips (or crushed candy canes) evenly over the fudge and gently press them in so they stick.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, then lift the fudge out by the parchment and cut into squares.
