Fudge Base:
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. salted butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
3/4 cup candied cherries, halved (or maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry)
1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry Layer:
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
To make the fudge base: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave in 30–45 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
Stir in vanilla.
