Just 3 ingredients and SO addictive! This Cool Whip Peanut Butter Candy is a rich, chocolatey, melt-in-your-mouth treat that comes together with just 3 simple ingredients! It tastes like a homemade peanut butter cup—only way easier, and seriously impossible to stop eating!

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter until fully blended.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  4. Spoon into mini muffin liners or spread the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares if using a pan.
  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months in an airtight container.

Notes

Variations

  • Use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or butterscotch chips
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top
  • Swirl in a little caramel
