Ingredients

1 lb. milk chocolate or dark chocolate almond bark or candy melts, melted
3 cups coconut flakes
1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the coconut flakes and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (or press into mini bar shapes, if preferred).
  3. Place on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for 20 minutes to firm up.
