Here is a super yummy and easy garden salad recipe that makes a healthy and delicious salad that’s sure to please!

Salad Ingredients

1/3 cup zucchini, sliced 1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 small tomato, sliced 1/3 cup green pepper, sliced 1/3 cup celery, sliced 1/3 cup green onions with tops 1/2 tsp. fresh basil, chopped 1/4 cup olives, optional

Salad Dressing Ingredients

1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the vegetables in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
