Ingredients

1 box cake mix (any flavor)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. The dough will be sticky.
Scoop and roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar, if desired.
Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set.
Let cool on the pan for a few minutes before removing.
