Ingredients

1 box brownie mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine the brownie mix and flour in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix well until fully blended.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips. The dough will be stiff.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra fudgy cookies, underbake slightly.
  • Add chopped nuts or white chocolate chips for variety.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
