This Easy Apple Dump Cake is the perfect simple and delicious dessert — just mix, dump, and bake! Ingredients

2 cans apple pie filling
1 (15 oz.) box spice cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1/2-1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the apple pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry cake mix, melted butter, and nuts until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the apple pie filling.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and set.
