This 2-ingredient nut bark recipe makes a tasty sweet and salty snack, blending chocolate and peanuts together for a treat that tastes just like a homemade Mr. GoodBar!

Ingredients

12 oz. melting chocolate (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
2 cups roasted peanuts, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet or baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir the peanuts into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  6. Once set, cut into squares or break into irregular pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Swap peanuts for almonds, cashews, or mixed nuts for variety.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling for a sweet-salty twist.
  • For a festive touch, sprinkle crushed candy or mini chocolate chips over the top before it sets.
