Canned Biscuit Recipes – Fancy Inexpensive Dinner Breads

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
3 cans biscuits (jumbo or regular) or frozen dinner roll dough
seasonings to suit the meal (for example, if serving Italian, use basil and Parmesan cheese)

Instructions

  1. Use a decoratively shaped Bundt pan. Melt butter or margarine evenly in the bottom of the Bundt pan.
  2. Sprinkle seasonings.
  3. Place the biscuits in standing on end, like stacking dimes, one at a time, to allow seasonings and butter to ooze between each one.
  4. Bake as directed on the can. Then simply turn out onto a serving plate, and VOILA! –a beautiful bread ring.

Notes

You can use cheddar cheese and jalapeño for Mexican, brown sugar and cinnamon for pull-apart cinnamon buns, rosemary, olive oil and olives for Italian or Greek, dried tomatoes and olive oil or ANY assortment you can think of!
