Blueberry Lemon Monkey Bread

Ingredients

2 cans Pillsbury Grands Type Biscuits
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Grease a loaf or bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  3. Add sugar and lemon zest in a bowl.
  4. Add biscuit pieces and coat with sugar mixture.
  5. Place half the biscuits in pan and half blueberries.
  6. Add rest of biscuits and blueberries.
  7. Stir together butter and brown sugar. Top biscuits with brown sugar mixture.
  8. Bake 40 minutes until browned.
  9. Let cool 10 minutes, turn onto place.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle glaze on monkey bread.
