Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 cup prepared guacamole
1 1/4 cups salsa, drained
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black olives or tomatoes (You can use both.)
4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine refried beans and milk (or you can use the liquid from the salsa if you prefer) until smooth.
  2. Spread on the bottom of a tray.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning with a mixer on medium.
  4. Spread over refried beans.
  5. Spoon guacamole over cream cheese and gently spread.
  6. Repeat with drained salsa.
  7. Top with cheese, olives, tomatoes and green onions.
  8. Chill 1 hour before serving.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
