Menu-Chili with Corn Dog Muffins

Corn Dog muffins

Make these muffins next early in the day and warm in the oven for a few minutes before serving.

Corn Dog Muffins

2 pkg. (8 1/2 oz. each) corn bread mix
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4-5 hot dogs or 6-7 little smokies, sliced or chopped

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients just until moist. Don’t over mix. Batter will be thin. Add hot dogs and pour into paper-lined muffin tins. Fill about half full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
