This is such a simple Halloween decorating idea. We did something similar to this for our $25 Halloween party. .25 spider webs strung all over the house just added the right amount of "creepy".

  does anyone know how to reuse the heavyduty Tidycat yellow litter bags thanks

  I use DOGFOOD bags as trash can liners. Hope this helps.
