Before you submit a comment or question, please read the following FAQ:
Juno and Netzero Users: We are sorry that you sometimes get "empty" newsletters. It is a problem at Juno/Netzero and out of our control. We have been trying to get them to resolve the issue, but we receive no response. You can generally find the newsletters on the blog here.
About Our Recipes: Our focus is old-fashioned home cooking and we write about what we know/love. We do not specifically target vegetarian, diabetic or allergy recipes, though some of our recipes may fit in those categories. Most recipes can be adjusted to fit your dietary needs.
Paper Plates and Foil: Yes, we DO advocate using paper plates and foil. We do not believe that is going to harm the environment and sending e-mail to "educate" us is not going to charge our minds. If you have a problem using these items, feel free to use whatever other method you choose.
Reader Questions: If you have specific questions, please feel free to ask! (Due to high e-mail volume we cannot respond individually to all messages.)
We do not answer vague questions about financial problems. Here are some examples of what not to ask:
- How do I save on my grocery bill?
- How do I get out of debt?
- I live in an expensive place. How do I do it?
(These questions are answered in detail on our free website and my blog. We have many pages of free information on the website and more resources are available in Dining On A Dime, a 500 page book on saving on groceries that you can use to help you get started.)
We also don't answer negative (trying to change our point of view) emails either. If you can’t ask nicely, don’t ask!
Thank you for your question or comment! (Due to the volume of messages we receive, we cannot respond individually to all messages.)
If you use a spam filtering service, please add editor~at~livingonadime(dot)com, replacing ~at~ with the at sign and (dot) with a period to your white list. We DO NOT respond to automatic verification messages from companies designed to intercept spam for you as some of those messages are from spammers attempting to send us more spam.
