Cleaning drip pans

Do you have any suggestions on how to keep drip pans on top of the stove clean?
Lisa F.

I put mine in the dishwasher once a week. Afterwards I scrub it down with a SOS pad. The trick is to keep them clean on weekly basis so there isn't any build up.

If they are real bad either by new ones and start over or cover with aluminum foil. Wrap the foil around the pan and cut several slits in the center hole. Fold the foil under so the hole is open. You can also try spraying with oven cleaning and let sit over night if you clean your oven with oven cleaner.

If you have to buy new ones get black if possible. They are much easier to keep clean than the chrome because you don't see every little speck of burned on food.

Keep Aloe in the kitchen

Today I was pouring boiling water into my teapot and dumped some on my foot. Don't ask me how, I'm just born clumsy.

As I was standing there with my foot in the sink running cold water on it Mike laughed and said I should mention again to be sure and keep a bottle of Aloe Vera in the kitchen.

I have kept my Aloe in there for years and it comes in handy quite often! LOL
