More Water alternatives

Hi Tawra,
Love your site and the variety of tips. Especially
the eco-friendly tips. I read on your blog about
the mint-extract water and have another tip for
tasty water. I too, don't like drinking plain
water
and the result is I don't drink enough and
wind up drinking soda or something else not good
for me.

For a cheap pick me up try putting a mint
leaf(easy herb to grow from seed), a chunk of
lemon or lime, or anything you like in while
making ice cubes. When frozen pop them out and put
them in a freezer bag. The flavored cubes can be
added to water, ice tea, and punches for parties.
My favorite is a mint leaf and a cherry in an icecube.
