Baking soda my new love
I can't believe the tip from Liz. I was frantically cleaning Tawra's house yesterday before the reporters came and couldn't get these red and black marks off her fridge.
The whole time I' m taking the man's name in vain who came up with the idea of finger proof fridges and instead put texture on the outside that is even harder to clean! Dumb idea.
Anyway God showed me a means of escape before I sinned more by thinking more bad thoughts about the poor man and I remembered baking soda and used it on the fridge. It worked great so I was tickled to get Liz's tip today and will try it on my tub next.

Baking soda does a great job on those ceramic/glass top stoves also - instead of the expensive cleaner that comes with them to start with.
I have a glass stove top that I will have to try it on. I have a square brown cloth that is a scratchy pad that I use on mine now which works great but they are hard to find and I am always afraid it will wear out and then what will I do? So the baking soda sounds like a good substitute. Jill
I love baking soda. I use it for many uses but one of my favorites is in my dishwasher. If I have some tupperware dishes that have any red stains I put baking soda in the extra dispenser area and they always come out perfectly clear.
