Pan Problem

Well, I figured out the non-stick pan problem!

I wasn't heating the pan before putting in the eggs. Ok, I admit I really didn't want to learn how to cook growing up so now I'm paying for it! LOL No wonder mom never had any problems and my eggs always stuck like glue!

She said she thinks she will write a book on the how-to of cooking next. :-)

For those of you who don't know the reason I first wrote Not Just Beans was because I couldn't cook worth anything when I first got married and figured I needed to learn to quick! When I found out it was easy if you followed the recipes I wanted to tell everyone! LOL

Anyway, HEAT YOUR PANS FIRST!! Then the eggs won't stick.
