I am feeling better

Well after being sugar free and on the new vitamins for 4 days I am feeling much better.

I'm not cured by any means but I am feeling much better. I'm not sure if it was something in the old vitamins making me sick or what but something is working. On a scale of 1-10, one being just shoot me now I'm ready to see Jesus, to 10 being the best I've ever felt, I've gone from a 1 to a 4 or 5 now. I think that's pretty good!

He is having me eat more fat like butter in my oatmeal and on my whole grain breads. He said that should help with the sugar cravings and I think it is.

The only bad part is I'm still getting really sick between 3 p.m and 7p.m. I am not sure what causes it but I feel like someone gives me a shot with the flu in it and I just can't get out off the couch! Dinner is the worst. I have the hardest time trying to get something made when I feel that sick.

Otherwise, my pain level is down quite a bit so that in itself is wonderful!
Thanks Dr. Robertson!

Glad to hear you are feeling better. The really low point at 3-7pm may have something to do with your blood sugar levels (not with the amount of sugar eaten). Have you tried, or better has the Dr. recommended a protein/fat snack? Somthing like apple and peanut butter, whole grain crax and cheese? For lots of people those snacks work. Also, eating at regular intervals, usually no more than 4 hours apart, will help. Bellen

My very good friend is going through almost what you are. I have gotten her in the habit of making most of her dinner in the morning when she is feeling good. She is much happier doing this. Her husband can come home and finish up if she needs help.

Have a great day B~

Until you feel stronger in the afternoon, use the crockpot to put dinner on in the morning.

I pray you continue to feel much better all the time. BTW, the "Christmas Wreath Making" video is terrific, a very good "how-to." And, the outtakes are great!! LOL Jill does a super job, all the way around. The Desert Lady

I'm so glad you're feeling better. I also have fibro among other things. My low point is 3-7PM also. I'm exhausted and it is so hard to get supper on the table. Until my crockpot died, I did use it frequently. I need to get another one.

Jill's "how to" video was great. I am going to make one of those.

Take care.

I pray that you are helped by your new diet and vitamins. I also have fibro and can identify with everything you write. I have done the no sugar and no white flour diet, but do not feel alot different. I can stick with it for a few weeks and then I go off. Have you ever tried accupuncture? I have not because it is pricey.

Love your website and newsletter..you are making a difference for so many..God bless!
