Bugs in Food and Drying Sweaters

Connie

I have two questions. First, what do you use for
a sweater rack when drying your sweaters? I'm
trying not to buy one.
Second, I found little black bugs in my rice and
pasta. Any idea what they are and how to get rid
of them?

I dry the sweaters on a towel on top of the dryer.

The bugs are weevils and you can get rid of them by putting your pasta and rice in the freezer for a day or two before storing. This will kill them.

Hello from Texas. Hope you have a wonderful trip and get some much needed rest.

My tip is about drying sweaters for your reader. What I use, and have used for years is simple and fast...I take an old mesh baby gate (actually I have 2 of these) and lay it across the bath tub. I put the sweater on this...it drys really fast...give it a shot if you have a baby gate.
