Cheap Treat
I was dropping David off at Mom's Day out today and drove by Wendy's. They had a sign for their trick or treat gift certificates. It was 5 Frosty's for $1. Wow, that's a good deal!
I was thinking I may get some just for us to use as a "special treat" sometime!

I assume so but can't say for sure.

It has always been availablel in PA for Halloween for the last few years. So I am assuming it is nationwide.
