Yeah!
They came out and looked at our roof and the hail damaged it and our gutters! This will be great! We had major hail about a month ago and that's what did it. I wasn't going to have them come out to look at it but I'm really glad I did. If we can do the roof ourselves that will give us a couple of thousand dollars to put toward debt or live on. If we can't do it ourselves we will at least have a new roof when we go to sell the house.

You might find the check from the insurance company is made out to YOU and the BANK or morgage holder. This happened to us recently. We had hail damage to our home and when the check came from the insurance company it was made out to us and the bank. This made us HAVE to use a 'professional' roofer. We were going to do the work ourselves with the help of our oldest son. This was not allowed by our insurance company. Roxie
