Homeschool Convention

We did so so at the homeschool conference this weekend. We didn't sell many book but I did get some good info from other people publishing and distributing books. I also realized how very thankful I am for our good public school. I just don't see myself homeschooling! My nerves were so calm for 2 days without the kids! LOL Only 71 days until school starts, but who’s counting! :-)

Mike is applying for a job in Colorado in video production. He is more than qualified for it and we would love to move back to Colorado although it would be hard being away from mom and my brother and his family. All of Mike's family and our extended family live there so we would have family close by.

In late April we had a bad storm and there were shingles off our roof and then another storm the other day. I called the insurance company to see if we need a new roof. So far no leaks but I didn't want to take any chances.
